Up and At 'Em

All the team is here, minus one suitcase – hoping to reunite with that stray bag soon, especially since it's a 70 lb. bag our team member was able to convince the gate agent to take without an extra charge! After breakfast this morning, we sorted through all the "stuff" we brought and re-divided it among our suitcases – separate suitcases for shoes, sheets, games, clothes, care bags for high schoolers, craft materials, meds, vitamins, etc., etc., etc.

Dr. Matt demonstrating how to max out each bag's capacity

On the way to Kangundo, our pharmacists contemplate opening a late night carehub.

When we arrived at Tala where our hotel is, we needed to sort through the meds that had been ordered here in Kenya for our medical team. Time to sort into dosage packets!

This is perhaps about 1/3 of what needed sorting...

Everyone's working.

It's about 9:30 p.m. and pretty much the whole team has turned in for the night – making that 10-hour time difference adjustment.
